Graduate Nursing Programs

To initiate your application through NursingCAS:

1. Visit NursingCAS
2. Click on Create an Account and begin completing the required fields to start your application. If you have already created an account in previous application cycles, you can click on the Application Login at the top of the page.
3. Once your account with NursingCAS has been created, you will have access to all of our program applications. Complete the information required for the track(s) for which you are applying.

Applications for the MSN program are reviewed on a rolling basis, with preference given to those who apply by Dec. 1. Applications received after Feb. 15 may not be considered for nurses in areas without pre-approved nursing clinical partnerships.

To apply, submit documentation of:

• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university with a nationally accredited nursing program
• Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license
• Two years of full-time professional nursing experience. The adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner track (AG-ACNP) track requires acute care experience with critical care preferred.
• English-language proficiency certification for international students

The application also requires two letters of recommendation, a resume/CV and 500-word personal statement, as well as official transcripts. Applicants may be invited to interview.

Applications for the post-graduate certificates are reviewed on a rolling basis, with preference given to those who apply by Dec. 1. Applications received after Feb. 15 may not be considered for nurses in areas without pre-approved nursing clinical partnerships.

To apply, submit documentation of:

• MSN from a college or university that is accredited by a nationally recognized nursing accrediting agency, such as the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
• Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license.
• Two years of full-time professional nursing experience. The adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner track (AG-ACNP) track requires acute care experience with critical care preferred.
• Completion of graduate level pathophysiology, health assessment and pharmacology within the last five years. For the adult-gerontology clinical nurse specialist (AG-CNS) track, completion of a graduate-level, evidence-based practice course or equivalent.
• English-language proficiency certification, for international students.

The application also requires two letters of recommendation about professional and/or academic competence in nursing, a resume/CV and personal statement, as well as official transcripts. Applicants may be invited to interview.

If you are accepted for admission, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be required to secure your seat in the program. This deposit will be applied to your tuition.
